I have 11 years experience as a counsellor. After graduating from University of Toronto’s Master of Social Work program, I joined Haliburton Highlands Mental Health Services (HHMHS) working as a counsellor and providing psychotherapy. I also established and led a men’s group from 2017–2021, resuming leadership in 2023, where I continue to serve. I started my business Restored Counselling in the spring of 2022 where I have specialized in the treatment of trauma and shame.
